Atlanta Fest is more than just Christian rock music.  It is the perfect opportunity for a family with teens or a church youth group to experience God in a beautiful, natural setting.  Mixed in with the Stone Mountain Park rides and attractions and non-stop music stages, are seminars for Christian living, Bible studies, a multimedia “Prayer Path.” And even a talent search competition!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q : If I buy a full event pass, but I'm only able to attend 2 days, can I let my friend use my pass for the 3rd day?

A : No, tickets are non transferrable. Once your redeem your ticket, you are the only person that will have access to AtlantaFest with that ticket purchase.

Q : If it rains, will I get a refund?

A : No, unfortunately tickets are non refundable.

Q : What will we do if it rains?

A : AtlantaFest is a rain or shine event, however if severe weather becomes a threat, we have an inclement weather plan in place and it will be announced from the stage.

Q : Can I bring shade tents or umbrellas?

A : No, unfortunately, tents and umbrellas are not allowed. We do, however, encourage you to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on, as it is lawn seating.

Q : Can I leave my chair/blanket out overnight?

A : No. The Event Meadow will be cleared of all items each night, so these items will need to be taken with you each night as you leave.

Q : Can I bring my own food/drinks to AtlantaFest?

A : Yes! We will have food vendors available, but if you would prefer to bring a cooler in, you are more than welcome to. Just keep in mind that no glass containers and no alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Q : Are there restrooms available?

A : Yes, there are portable restroom facilities located all around the AtlantaFest grounds.

Q : Can I access all of Stone Mountain's attractions with my armband?

A : YES! Your AtlantaFest wristband will give you free access to all of the Stone Mountain attractions, with the exception of Ride the Ducks and parking. For more information about Stone Mountain attractions, visit www.stonemountainpark.com.

Q : How much is it to park?

A : $10 each time you enter the park or you can purchase an annual pass for $35 that gives you unlimited entrance for one year. Church buses/vans with their church name painted on the side get in free.

Q : Can I bring my camper into the AtlantaFest free campgrounds?

A : No. You can drive in and unload your gear, then drive out, but the primitive campground is for tents only. There is no electricity or water hookup.

Q : I want to bring my RV. Where can I camp?

A : You can camp in the Stone Mountain Family Campground, but you will need to make your reservations early. Go to www.stonemountainpark.com for reservations.

Q : Are there showers available for the AtlantaFest free campgrounds?

A : Yes. You can purchase a shower pass through Stone Mountain when you get to AtlantaFest for $18 for the entire week. Shower passes can be purchased at the Stone Mountain tent next to the ticket booth. There will be shuttles running to the showers from the AtlantaFest campground that will run from 8-noon each morning then from 4 to 8pm each night. Personal vehicles can not be driven to these areas, therefore you will need to ride the shuttle buses. It is not within walking distance.

Q : If I'm staying at a hotel inside Stone Mountain Park, do I get a free ticket to AtlantaFest?

A : No, AtlantaFest is a separate event from the park, and you will need to purchase a ticket. However, if you would like to reserve a room at the Stone Mountain Inn or the Marriott Evergreen Conference Resort inside Stone Mountain Park, we do have Deluxe Hotel Packages available that include your AtlantaFest ticket and your hotel stay for all three nights of AtlantaFest.

Q : Can I bring my golf cart?

A : No. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the AtlantaFest grounds.

Q : Will there be water for sale?

A : Yes. There will be vendors selling food & drinks. They will be standard amusement park prices, so we encourage you to bring coolers/food in with you.

Q : Is there handicap accessibility?

A : Yes, there is. The parking area is very close to the main stage area and there are no steps to climb to get to any of the stage areas.
