Tickets & Children: Tickets are sold by the car (up to 6 people per car) so grab your friends and family, load up the car and enjoy a night of LIVE music!  Each person regardless of age is counted towards the maximum car capacity of 6 people. Children will be included in car capacity.

Assumption of Risk

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Any interaction in any public place poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

By attending any event Radio Training Network, Inc., you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however, caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Radio Training Network, Inc., The JOY FM, Tropicana Field, Casting Crowns, LLC., Proper Management, Jeff Roberts and Associates, the event promoters, sponsors, operators, contractors, agencies, advertisers, and/or vendors, and each of their affiliated companies, and any of the respective present and future parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, agents, insurers, representatives, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons relating to such risks.

WILL THE ARTISTS BE THERE OR IS THIS A SIMULCAST EVENT?
The artists will be performing LIVE and IN PERSON for you to see!   

WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE? Yes, after gates open at 5pm. Access to restrooms will not be available prior to gates opening.  Please plan your arrival time accordingly. There will be ADA portable restrooms.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?
Tickets are only available online at florida.thejoyfm.com and Attendstar.com ticketing.  We do not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, The JOY FM cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic, but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given. 

WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE GATE?
Due to the overwhelming response, we expect all tickets to be sold in advance, so get yours early. If tickets remain on the day of the event, they will be sold at florida.thejoyfm.com and Attendstar. No tickets will be sold on site at the gate.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Gates will open at 5:00 pm. If you arrive early, please make sure to observe all traffic laws. Do NOT block any roads, driveways, or businesses. Please be courteous and respectful to the surrounding communities and to those who live there at all times.  Restroom access will not be available before gates open. Please plan accordingly.

I PURCHASED A TICKET AND I LOST IT, OR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?  
Go to https://www.attendstar.com/tickets/ and enter your email address used in the ticket purchase and the tickets will be emailed to you.  If you have any issues with your ticket purchase, please email tickets@thejoyfm.com for assistance.

WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?
All sales are final, no refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.  If you are unable to rearrange your schedule, then you may gift your ticket to family or friends. Your ticket purchase supports the ministries of Casting Crowns and The JOY FM (RTN Radio Training Network).

CAN I USE MY TICKET FROM A POSTPONED SHOW FOR THIS EVENT?
No. Tickets are only valid for the event for which they were purchased. There are no transfers or exchanges to another show.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes! This tour was designed to accommodate families, children are not only allowed they’re welcomed. Children, regardless of age are counted towards the maximum car capacity of 6 people.

DO CHILDREN GET IN FREE?
No, each person, regardless of age, is counted towards the maximum car capacity of 6 people.

CAN WE COME AND GO FROM THE EVENT?
No. Once you’re parked in your space, barring an emergency, exit will not be allowed until the show has ended.  If you have an emergency, please notify an event official immediately.  If the emergency warrants, please call 911 first.  If, for whatever reason you leave, re-entry is not possible.

CAN I PURCHASE 2 TICKETS AND BRING MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE IN ONE VEHICLE?
Unfortunately, no. While you’re more than welcome to purchase multiple tickets, the limit of 6 people per vehicle is due to social distancing measures, and must be adhered to strictly to ensure fan safety.  If you purchase multiple tickets and hope to park together, you will need to make sure you enter the gates together, as cars are parked in the order they enter.   Multi-car groups are not guaranteed to park near one another.

ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?
No. All tickets are General Admission and will not be assigned prior to arrival. Upon arrival, attendants will assign you a space and direct you for parking. For those fans looking to get as close as possible, a limited number of RED tickets are available and include the best spaces in the lot closest to the stage. No spaces can be reserved for groups.

WHAT KIND OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?
Personal vehicles that fit into a 10-foot wide parking space are allowed. Oversized vehicles are not permitted i.e. large /customized vans, RVs, trailers, lifted trucks, etc. Please note if your personal vehicle modified above factory height, and may block the view of others, you may be required to park in designated spots. This decision is at the sole discretion of the organizer, and must be complied with. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Oversized vehicles is defined as any vehicle that the height of the front fender, above the tire, is not above 37”. Including, but not limited to F250s, F350s, 2500, 3500, Dual Rear Axles, and Large Vans. Vehicles will be measured at the gate and any vehicle found to be too tall will be parked in the back of the Parking Lot, regardless of ticket level purchased or time of arrival.  No refunds will be given if your vehicle is deemed too large for this event.

ARE MOTORCYCLES WELCOME?
Motorcycles are welcome but they are considered 1 vehicle. Tickets are sold by the vehicle. Due to social distancing, it would be 1 motorcycle per parking area.

CAN I LEAVE THE HATCHBACK OF MY SUV OPEN?   
Hatchbacks may be open but must not exceed the roof line to prevent blocking the view of those behind you.

DO I HAVE TO STAY IN MY CAR DURING THE SHOW?
No. You will be allowed to watch the show from outside the vehicle.  Blankets and lawn chairs are welcomed.  Please stay within your assigned parking area, and continue to maintain all social distancing requirements. Please use common courtesy as we want everyone to enjoy the show.   The county of Pinellas and the city of St. Petersburg, via emergency order, requires all persons on site to wear a face covering, even outside unless you are eating or drinking.  This policy will be actively enforced by the City for the duration of the event. Please note that failure to comply with said orders will result with being asked to leave Tropicana Field and no refund issued.

CAN I BRING A LAWN CHAIR TO SIT IN?
Yes! Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome.  You will be required to stay inside your assigned parking area, and continue to maintain all social distancing requirements. This policy will be actively enforced by the City for the duration of the event. IS TAILGATING ALLOWED?
While sitting on tailgates or in the bed of a truck is acceptable during the show, traditional “tailgating” activities (yard games, grills, generators, etc.) will not be permitted.   The county of Pinellas and the city of St. Petersburg, via emergency order, requires all persons on site to wear a face covering, even outside unless you are eating or drinking. This policy will be actively enforced by the City for the duration of the event. Please note that failure to comply with said orders will result with being asked to leave Tropicana Field and no refund issued.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?
No outside food, alcoholic beverages, glass containers or coolers are allowed.  Pre-packaged food and beverage must be exclusively purchased with concession carts on site.  We do not know the types of food and beverages at this time. Those with food allergies and dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly.

WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Yes.  Merchandise will be available at the event.   

HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE SHOW?
This will be a LIVE concert with professional sound equipment, you should have no trouble hearing the show. For added coverage, an FM broadcast will also be available.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED?
Yes. No recreational activities such as frisbee, baseball, or running are allowed. Fireworks, laser pointers, drones, tents/tarps, weapons, or flags and accessories that may block the vision of fans behind you WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Selling, promoting, or advertising any third-party companies or products will not be permitted. DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR PERMITTED. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND.     

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
This is a rain or shine event. Fan safety is always our first priority, so in the event of inclement weather we will consult with local officials to make the safest decision for our fans.

WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING EVENT?
If you have an emergency, please call 911 first, then notify the nearest event staff member.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?  
No. To ensure the most enjoyable experience for all fans, smoking will not be permitted.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Service dogs are permitted, but pets are not allowed.    

THIRD PARTY TICKET RESELLERS - Please Note:

The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy them directly through The JOY FM and Attendstar. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. Can someone transfer fake tickets?  Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from The JOY FM. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly through The JOY FM at www.thejoyfm.com and then click on Box Office. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way.
