Imagine sampling tasty appetizers from one restaurant, a bold entre from another and a decadent desert from a small specialty food vendor. All this while enjoying the evening with friends on the grounds of beautiful Harlinsdale Farms.
Proceeds from Friday nights Flavor of Franklin will benefit local culinary arts programs. The Franklin BBQ Society is committed to helping local students who dream to become culinary professionals and want to develop the necessary cooking techniques and other skills essential to success in the industry. Tickets for the Flavor of Franklin will be available online as well as at the gate.
Live music will be paying on the main stage for your entertainment.
Food will be served from 6 PM to 8 PM.
Your entry ticket includes two beverage tickets good for beer or wine. Additional beverage tickets are available for $6..
As an added attraction to the Flavor of Franklin our competitor?s area will be open so that you can see the Pitmasters preparing for the competition. You never know, you might just see one of the secret ingredients or extra steps that wins the competition this year.
The Flavor of Franklin is hosted by The Franklin BBQ Society and The Franklin Noon Rotary Club (FNRC). The FNRC has dedicated over six decades of service to its community and has distributed over three million dollars to local charities. FNRC continues to produce The Franklin Rodeo, Williamson County's longest running annual event, celebrating its 70th year.

A. Doors open at 5 PM
Q. What is parking like?
A. Plenty of parking PLUS VIP Parking is available for $15
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. No
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Harlinsdale Farm is a historic horse farm. It is accessible, but is mainly grassy field. Handicap parking is available.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. It is a festival, and therefore is mostly standing room only.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Entrance in to the restaurant area, live music and samples from over 30 local restaurants.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. There are no refunds.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No outside alcohol can be brought into the Flavor of Franklin area. No coolers or backpacks. No animals are allowed.= except service animals.
