GENERAL ADMISSION 5:30pm General Admission tickets allow admission to the event and seating on a first-come-first-serve basis.
VIP GOLD CIRCLE 5:00pm Gold Circle tickets allow admission into the premier Gold Circle of seating and Meet & Greet at 5:00pm.
GROUP TICKETS 5:30pm Group Tickets are discounted tickets to the General Admission section. 15+ People
BOX OFFICE 5:30pm Tickets may be available at the door.

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Doors open for General Admission Ticket Holders at 5:30pm and for Gold Circle  & VIP Ticket holder the doors open at 5:00pm

Q. What is parking like?
A. Our host facility has ample parking for this event including Handicap spaces.

Q. Does my child need to buy a ticket?
A. Yes. If your child occupies a seat, they are required to buy a ticket. If the child is small enough to remain in your lap for the entire event, they will be admitted free.  This typically means kids 2 and under are free.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. The host facility is completely handicap accessible. Should you require further assistance upon arrival please notify a staff member and they will allow you in first.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission seating does not guarantee you an exact seat, but simply admission to your event. You will need to select your seating upon arrival, meaning that it is best to arrive early for best seat selection.  This event offers General Admission, and a reserved section for Gold Circle and VIP tickets for each show.  Each of these ticket levels provide first-come-first-serve seating so make sure to arrive early for prime seating.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No. Event promoters rely on pre-sales to determine pay for the concert or event long before it takes place. There are many costs associated with live events that many of us are not aware of, including equipment, large teams of people, rehearsals, recordings, travel expenses, etc. Were tickets refundable, it would make it impossible to guarantee payment for these real costs, and the events would not make it to your city.

A. The only discount offered at this time is for Groups of 15+.  To purchase group tickets, please select this feature when checking out
