The Haunted Mine Experience

In the remote woods of Oregon lies one of the richest gold mines in the United States that was abandoned 80 years ago when a series of tragedies gave it an infamous reputation for being haunted. One of the places many citizens of Sumpter, Oregon have heard about is of the gold mine called ?The Crescent Mine?. The newest owner of the mine, Larry Overman, had decided to take on the notorious legend and reopen the mine in hopes of finding a fortune. After that day, the past events seem to be coming to haunt the present. Larry Overman and his wife, Stacie Sisk-Overman, have decided to show anyone about the history and events that happened in Eastern, Oregon. They decided to call it, ?The Haunted Mine Experience?. On first and last weekends in October (2013), Larry Overman and Stacie Sisk-Overman are going to host and participate in this event. You will take a ride on the Midnight Express Ghost Train the ghosts from the past have been rumored to haunt the train as well as ghost stories being told. You will also be met by other visitors from the past, such as crew, miners, etc. To end the night, there will be a concert with very talented musicians (you will not be disappointed)! Train Loads at 4:30 from the Sumpter Valley Rail Road, McEwin Depot. 12259 Huckleberry Loop Road, Baker City, OR 97814 Train departs promptly at 5:00 PM.
