A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. Since this is a reserved-seat event there are no local tickets outlets. All ticket types must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. All online ticket purchases are subject to city, county, local & state taxes and service charges. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. These terms and conditions must be agreed to in order to complete the purchase.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more in the P3 and P4 sections. Group tickets are extremely limited. We are unable to add on to your group order at a later time, so please have your final group together when making your group purchase.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm.
Q. What is parking like?
A. The Civic Center has event parking in their parking lot located off Liberty Street, but it is subject to a flat rate fee (cash only) and may not be available for all events. Call (912) 651-6550 for more information about parking or see parking information, click here.
Q. Will there be an early HIS Radio MMMP entrance?
A. Since this show is a reserved seat event, there will be no early entry for HIS Radio MMMP partners.
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. We have ADA designated seats throughout the venue, so you may select the ticket type and seat of your choice. If you need special assistance, please check in with the staff at the Will Call/Box Office and someone will assist you from there. We comply with all ADA laws.

*P1 Floor- Wheelchair and companion seats on floor accessible by elevator
*P2 ADA Section - Accommodates wheelchair, walker, service animal plus companions; enter through the West doors and then take the ADA elevator down to the floor level
*P3 & P4 - For those with limited mobility needs, not requiring wheelchair access, one step up from passage way
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
