Q. What time do doors open?
A. 3:30pm for the 4:00pm show & 7:15pm for the 8:00pm show
Q. What is parking like?
A. plenty at 57 North Street
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Yes
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Our building is from the 1890's. Even though we have a ramp, it is not easily accessible. If you call ahead, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Concert seating
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come, first served. Every seat is great, but if you absolutely want/need a specific seat, come early.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. There is a chance we might add a second show. If we do, we will not trade tickets between shows.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No professional photography or video. And no flash, please.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. From time-to-time we might. Sign up for our mailing list and/or our Facebook page and you will be notified if we have pre-sales or specials
