Live, Laugh, Love ...that was Jodie?s motto.  On March 26, 2013 we lost one of the brightest lights on this planet. Jodie loved the life she lived and lived the life she loved. She never met a stranger. Her smile lit up a room.

The following was written by Doug Gray of the Marshall Tucker Band and read at Jodie?s funeral. ?Today the wind will continue to blow on by us as it always will. Jodie would grab the wind, the hearts and the spirit of everyone she met and always say ?Let?s keep moving on!?.  Where you are today, that smile will still be on your face because you are seeing your friends and embracing their love, because they miss you as much as we do and will until you have everyone together again?.

  • Jodie was an ambassador of music ... old and new. Join us for an evening of live music, food, cash bar, silent auction, raffles and memories shared of Jodie McNeil Gooch. Proceeds to benefit the Allman Brothers Big House Museum and the Jodie McNeil Gooch music scholarship for a middle school beginning band student.
