Q. What time do doors open?
A. Doors open one (1) hour prior to the event.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Parking is free and located just outside ZPAC.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Children 5 years or older will need to purchase a ticket for this event.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Please contact the venue directly to discuss ADA accessibility.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. All tickets are seated and considered to be open seating, the sooner you arrive, the better seat you will obtain.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General admission ticket holder will be permitted to seat anywhere behind the area reserved for Gold Circle.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Video recording of the show is not permitted. Flash photography will be permitted.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We do offer a social discount for those who share on their social media outlets through our ticketing platform only. Groups of 10+ will also receive a discount of $3.00 off each ticket.
