Our Second Annual Phamily Reunion 2013

Check Out: Monday September 2nd
This Festivarian Phamily event will be located in Fayetteville, West Virginia Cantrells Rafting.
This end of the season event will not only bring our phamily together for good music, food, rafting and entertainment but it will give us all a chance to sit around the campfire and tell stories of our summer festival adventures.
We hope that all of you invited will be able to make this second annual event.
Here are some of the activities and live bands we have scheduled to play so far:

Sunday September 2nd @ 2:00pm Phamily Pot Luck Dinner
(bring your covered dish and lets have a big'O Sunday phamily dinner.
Kids Parade and concert! Make sure your little one gets the vip treatment on and off stage as one of our headline performers at our Not For Kids Only song and parade. It's important to this community that our children have just as much fun as we do.
Donations: please bring any donations for the kids area such as craft paper, paints, toys etc.
Old Time Picking Circle Hosted By: Scott Coffman
Band Scramble: So if you play an instrument be sure to bring it with you and play with some other fun musicians for this fun band scramble.
This is sure to be a grand gathering to the end of a long festival season.
Don?t waste time and get your tickets AS SOON AS THEY GO ON SALE because as big as our phamily is we are sure that they will go fast.

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Gates will open at 11:00 am Friday 8/30
Q. What is parking like?
A. This is a small intimate gathering with limited parking available. You may camp by your vehicle on a first come first serve basis. Once the onsite vehicle camping is full you will need to park and pack it in. This venue is intimate so you will not have to pack it in far at all. We encourage you to carpool.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Children 10 and under are free. If you have a child that would like to participate in the children's parade please contact Melissa Willis on Facebook event site she will be happy to answer any of your questions.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. All bathrooms are handicap accessible and very easy to get around grounds.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. this is an outdoor event so low back lawn chairs are requested. Please keep all shade tents to the rear of the main stage.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission means that there are no seating assignments
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ABSOLUTLY NO REFUNDS.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Items NOT allowed on premises are as follows:Animals/Pets - (Service Dogs Only), Fire arms, Fire works of any kind, drugs, glass, 4 wheelers
B. Tents, water, smiles, good attitudes and an all around good vibe.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. no.
