The 2012 San Francisco Fleet Week is located at the Marina Green between

Fort Mason & Scott Street.

Adjacent to the San Francisco Bay

Saturday gates open from 10:00am - 5:00pm

Friday & Sunday gates open at 11:00am
 

Special Information regarding child seating and tickets

Flight Deck Club children 4 - 12 require a ticket
Children 3 and under are free

Premium Box Seating children 3 and under are free and lap only.
If you want a seat for your 3 year old you must buy a ticket.

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Friday and Saturday doors open at 10:00am. Sunday at 11:00am.
 
Q. Where do I park?
A. There is no parking specifically assigned to Fleet Week.  We strongly urge the use of public transportation.
 
Q. What type of public transportation will get me there?
A. MUNI Lines are posted at their web site www.sfmta.com
 
Q. Does my 5 year old child need a ticket?
A. Yes. 3 years old and younger are free.  Ages 4 to 12 require a children’s ticket.  San Francisco Fleet Week is a free event and can be viewed anywhere from public areas along the waterfront.  Tickets are required for Premium Box Seats in the reserved seating area.
 
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. All viewing areas at Marina Green and Aquatic Park are ADA accessible.  If you are purchasing a Premium Box Seat, a designated ADA viewing area is assigned.
 
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangable regardless of weather or changes in flying schedules.
 
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No coolers, glass containers, plastic bags or weapons are allowed.
 
Q. Do you offer any military/senior discounts?
A. There are no discounts.
 
Q. Where in the Marina Green?
A. 3950 Scott Street, San Francisco CA 94123 is the physical address.
 
Q. Can I bring my dog/pet?
A. Pets are not allowed in the seating areas and, due to the high noise levels from the jets, pets are not recommended in areas.
 
Q. What if it rains or is foggy?
A. There are no refunds for weather or schedule changes
 
Q. Is the show the same om Friday, Saturday and Sunday?
A. The flying performances are the same all three days.  The Parade of Ships is scheduled for Saturday only.
 
Q. Can I come in and out of the sections?
A. Yes, in and out privileges are allowed.
 
Q. What is the best seating?
A. Premium Box Seating or Flight Deck Club Seating.
 
Q. Do the names on the tickets matter?
A. No, the names on the tickets do not matter
 
Q. Are tickets transferrable?
A. No
 
Q. Can I fly in?
A. No, the event is held along the San Francisco waterfront.
 
Q. Can I bring my own food and drink?
A. Food & drink is available in the seating section. No coolers, glass containers, plastic bags  are allowed.

A. Premium Box Seating is a front row area along the waterfront on Marina Green where your seat is reserved for you similar to a stadium seat.  The area is closed off from the public and has food and beverage outlets and services within the area.
 
Q. What is Flight Deck Club Seating?
A. The Flight Deck Club is a front row VIP area where catering, beverages, beer & wine are provided with the price of the ticket.
 
Q. Can I bring a scooter/wheelchair/golf cart?
A. Wheelchairs are allowed.  No scooters or golf carts are allowed.  There is a designated bicycle parking area.
 
Q. Is there a schedule of events?
A. The schedule of events is posted and updated regularly on the web site. www.fleetweek.us
