Q. What time do doors open?
A. 6:30 pm for General Admission. Premier ticket holders will have early entry starting at 5:30 pm

Q. What is parking like?
A. FREE Parking

Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Ages 3 and older

Q. Is the venue handicapped accessible?
A. Yes, you may call the venue at 803-279-6370 for any special needs. 

Q. Will there be Sign Language Interpreters?
A. Yes, with a special section reserved. Please email Marie Brooks at marieb@fbcna.org to tell how many people you will be bringing who need this service to ensure proper amount of seating. No special ticket required. 

Q. What is General Admission seating like?
A. First Come First Serve - just like church! Includes seating in both the balcony and main floor. Arrive early for the best seats. No saving seats please. 

Q. What does PREMIER Ticket mean?
A. Premier ticket holders receive early access to a special Pre-show Meet and Greet with the Artist. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Meet and Greet begins at 6:00 pm. in addition, "Up Front" seating in first several rows on main floor are blocked exclusively for Premier ticket holders. 

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or Exchanges

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Cameras are allowed. No flash please during event. No video equipment  No outside food or drink  alowed in sanctuary. 

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes, we offer a discount for groups of 10 or more.
