Q. What time do doors open?
A. VIP & Early Entry:  6pm - General Admission:  6:30pm  Concert Starts at 7pm.                                       

Q. What is parking like?
A. Plenty of parking around the church (free).

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Yes, this concert will sell out and everyone will need a ticket to enter the sanctuary.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. The church is very handicap accessible and there is plenty of handicap seating on the main level of the church. 

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Seating (we are not selling standing room only tickets).

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Whatever seating is available when the doors open at 6:30pm. 

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Sorry, no refunds.  If for some reason you are not able to attend we encourage you to give your tickets so someone you feel may be blessed by attending this special evening.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. We ask that there be no food or drink in the sanctuary.  We also ask that there not be recording devices brought into the sanctuary (excluding smart phones).

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Early Purchase Discount available in September and October 2015.  In November we will start the group discount - but groups take note - you will save an additional $1 per ticket if you purchase in September or October.
