Supervising others isn?t easy, and that is especially true in today?s hectic workplace. AlignHR?s Supervisory Series focuses on real life workplace issues and gives supervisors immediate skills to be used the minute they return to the workplace. Each module focuses on a key area of supervision and provides supervisors the confidence to tackle difficult issues with confidence, knowing that they can steer clear of legal hurdles like claims of discrimination.
Join this small group workshop, specifically geared to supervising in West Virginia in this hands-on seminar being held in Bridgeport on July 31st at the new AlignHR office training room in Bridgeport, or in Charleston on August 12 at the Holiday Inn and Suites, South Charleston.
