Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. The show is now sold out.

Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket.  Childcare will not be provided at the event.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.

Q. What is VIP/Early Entry?
A. A limited number of VIP tickets are available until sold out. VIP includes early entry into the venue approximately at 5:00pm, seats in VIP section (first come, first serve) and exclusive pre-show Q&A with Chonda Pierce and one free tour-issued item. Q&A takes place approximately 90 minutes prior to show time and cannot be made up if you arrive late. 

Q. I'm VIP - what if I arrive late?
A. If you miss the Q&A with Chonda Pierce, we are not able to create another time for this opportunity and we will not issue discounts or partial refunds. Please arrive in plenty of time.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.

Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders.  The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING

Q. What time do JOY FM MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 6pm (show time at 7pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

Q. What time do VIP doors open?
A. Approximately at 5:00pm. Q&A takes place approximately 90 minutes prior to show time and cannot be made up if you arrive late. If you miss the Q&A with the Chonda Pierce we are not able to create another time for this opportunity and we will not issue discounts or partial refunds. Please arrive in plenty of time.

Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking

Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door times of 5:00pm for VIP and 6:00pm for General Admission and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.

Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.

A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
