A. Doors open for General Admission Ticket Holders at 6:00pm / Gold Circle  & VIP at 5:00pm
Q. What is parking like?
A. Our host facility has ample parking for this event.
Q. Does my child need to buy a ticket?
A. Yes. If a child occupies a seat, they are required to buy a ticket. If the child is small enough to remain in your lap for the entire event, they will be admitted free.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. The host facility is completely handicap accessible. Should you require further assistance upon arrival please notify a staff member.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission seating does not guarantee you an exact seat, but rather just admission to your event. You will need to select your seating upon arrival, meaning that it is best to arrive early for best seat selection. This event offers General Admission, Gold Circle and VIP tickets for each show. Each of these ticket levels provide first-come-first-serve seating so make sure to arrive early for prime seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No. Event promoters rely on pre-sales to determine pay for the concert or event long before it takes place. There are many costs associated with live events that many of us are not aware of, including equipment, large teams of people, rehearsals, recordings, travel expenses, etc. Were tickets refundable, it would make it impossible to guarantee payment for these real costs, and the events would not make it to your city.
