Q. What time do gates open?
A. Parking lot will open at 3pm, gates to ampitheatre will open at 4pm

A.  Children 12 and under are admitted for free with a canned food donation at the admissions gate.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Handicap parking is available, however the event is at an amphitheatre that is handicap accessi

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Atttendees can bring blankets or low chairs to sit on the lawn, there are no chairs readily available.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Seating is on a first come first serve basis

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. All sales are final. There are no refunds available. Tickets are transferrable.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No outside food or drinks, no weapons of any kind, no video cameras or professional and flash photography allowed.
                                                                                                                                                                           
Q. What is your policy for bad weather during the event?
A.  See the website or tune to 94.3 out of Dothan for up to date information.  We will have the event on or as near June 21 as is safely possible.

Q. How can I get more information?  My question is not answered here.
A.  Everybody wants to see if there is a chance for meet and greet.  Those opportunities, if they become available, will be announced on the website or Facebook page.  Due to the fact that those are most of the calls we have fielded, email will the best way to contact us for other questions.  The phone is rarely attended.
