Q. Where is the show located?
A. The show will take place at both The Anacostia Theatre located at 2020 Shannon Place SE & The Howard Theatre, located at 620 T Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20020
Q. How many people are expected to attend the show?
A. With all shows combined, the theatres will drive traffic of up to 1200 attendees.
Q. What time can vendors arrive?
A. Vendors may arrive 2 hours before doors open to the general public.
Q. Where will vendors set-up?
A. Vendors will set up in the lobby area, having access to each customer upon immediate entry.
Q. Is there a fee to rent booths?
A. Yes. There is a fee associated with rental booths. Please check the type of booth you'd like to register for at checkout.
Q. Does The Howard Theatre collect any fees?
A. Yes. The Howard Theatre collects 20% of all sales. A receipt at the end of the night must be provided to your representative.
Q. Does The Anacostia Theatre collect any fees?
A. Yes. The Anacostia Theatre collects 10% of all sales. A receipt at the end of the night must be provided to your representative.
Q. How long is the show?
A. The show is approximately 2 hours.
Q. What is the refund policy?
A. All booth rentals are final.
Q. Will I be able to accept credit card transactions?
A. Yes. There is Wifi available for you to connect your portals.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes. Again, If you choose to purchase the Vendor VIP booth option, you will receive a discount. Selecting this options indicates that you have opted in to our VIP Black Card program. Any customer that presents you will a VIP Black Card receives 10% of merchandise. Your booth will be flagged with a VIP BC sign to draw attention to our customers.
