Q. What time do doors open?
A. 10:00 AM
 
Q. What is parking like?
A. Parking is first come first serve, if you leave your spot may be filled. Upon arrival, parking attendants will direct you to a parking spot. Please note that the festival parking lot may fill quickly, in which case you will be instructed to park off festival grounds. You then have an option to ride the free shuttles. There is absolutely no overnight parking. Parking prices and details are available at www.nightvisionphm.com
 
Q. Does my 5 year old child need a ticket?
A. Children 5 and under get in FREE. All other children need a ticket for entry. There are no age-specific tickets available, it is the same ticket price for everyone.
 
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Disabled parking, porta-potties, and seating is available. Disabled shuttle service is also available. All disabled services are available on a first come, first serve basis.
 
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Standing room only; however chairs and blankets are allowed.
 
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges of any kind. Rain checks will not be given.
 
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. NIGHTVISION IS A SMOKE, ALCOHOL, VIOLENCE, AND DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT. For a detailed list of what is available bring and not bring, please go to www.nightvisionphm.com

A. No there are not any group discounts
