Q. What time do doors open?
A. 5:30pm
Q. What is parking like?
A. Each attendee must pay a $5 parking fee at the Mobile Convention Center for the Main Awards Ceremony. All events at the Ashbury Hotel & Suites is free parking.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. 12 and under do not need to register, if you child is 12 and older they would need a general admission ticket.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. All of our event facilities are handicap accessible.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. All seating
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission will allow one person or more to get into the door of the event.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after August 1, 2018.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. We do not allow glass bottles, weapons are any kind, and no smoking.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes VOGMA offer early bird tickets to all of our events at a discounted rate.
