A. 7:00 PM.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the door?

A. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!

A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!

A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

Q. What is parking like?

A. There is ample parking on the venue grounds.

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Yes. Everyone who enters should have a ticket.

Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. Please contact event management at sophia@backtolifemusic.com

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?

A. Every ticket corresponds to a seat in the venue.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission means a seat anywhere in the venue, other than the VIP section, first come, first serve.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Please do not bring large bags or items.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We do not offer any discounts.
