Q. What are the event times?

A. The event is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Q. How do I get there?

A. All traffic must use Interstate 10, exiting Sun Valley Parkway, and head south on Palo Verde Rd. to enter the event. No event entrance is permitted from vehicles approaching from the south using Southern Ave. and Palo Verde Rd. All traffic will be redirected to use I-10.


Palo Verde Rd. will be restricted for inbound event traffic from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday.


ADA-accessible parking is available. When arriving at the event, please look for the ADA parking line and have your placard in the car so the parking staff can direct you to the correct area. Be sure to purchase your parking pass in advance.


Q. What are the show times?

A. Saturday: 12 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

    Sunday: 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.


Q. Are there ATMs on-site?

A. No, we do not have ATMs at the airport. We encourage you to have cash on hand to spend on food, drinks, or memorabilia. We can not guarantee all vendors will accept credit or debit cards.


Q. What can I bring?

A. The following items are allowed:

      • Strollers or wagons
      • Wheelchairs and motorized scooters (there is no place to charge batteries.)
      • Personal chairs and umbrellas
      • Cameras
      • Small coolers
      • Food and drink. Be sure to bring plenty of water.

What is not allowed:

      • Smoking
      • Tents and awnings
      • Drones
      • Weapons of any kind
      • Glass
      • Wheel-based transportation with the exception of motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs or scooters.
      • Pets (service dogs only)


Q. Can I get a refund?


A. All purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Q. What tickets are available?


A. Entry to the event is free, however there is a fee to park. Parking is $10 per day per vehicle if you purchase by Thursday, February 13. Parking fees will increase to $15 per day per vehicle if purchased Friday (Feb. 14), Saturday (Feb. 15) or Sunday (Feb. 16) online or at the event. Purchases are credit/debit card only. Pre-sale parking passes can be purchased closer to the event.


VIP tickets: Tickets include VIP tent access, premier seating, refreshments, private restrooms, and a VIP parking pass. Pre-sale VIP tickets are $80 per person per day for one-day tickets and $105 per person for two-day tickets. VIP tickets at the event will be $90 per person per day for one-day tickets and $115 per person for two-day tickets. VIP tickets are available for pre-sale purchase until Thursday, February 13.


Kid Zone: Includes carnival rides, slides, bounce houses, and more. Pre-purchase is available for $15 per person per day. Pre-purchase is available until Thursday, February 13. Kids Zone access will be $20 per person per day at the event.


Q. Can I camp?


A. Yes! There is a $25 flat fee for camping for vehicles, tents, and RVs. 


A "camping unit" is defined as a tent, RV, trailer, car, or aircraft. 


Aircraft camping reservations can be made here.


Q. Do I need a parking pass if I'm camping? 


A. No. Your camping pass serves as your parking pass. 


Q. Will I have an assigned spot?


A. Camping units will be placed in a designated area, but campground space is issued on a first-come, first-served basis. 


Q. Are there electrical or water hookups?


A. No. However, showers, porta-potties, and trash receptacles will be on site. 


There are no dump stations on site. 


Q. Can I make a campfire?


A. Gas or wood campfires are prohibited in campsites. 


However, propane warming fires and propane stoves, grills, etc., may be used for cooking at the campsite. Stoves and grills should not be placed under canopies, tents, or the like. 


Q. Can I bring my pet?


A. Yes. Pets are only allowed in the camping area (except for service animals). 


Pets left unattended must be kept in a well-ventilated camping unit. 


Pets must always be on a leash, no longer than 8 feet. 


No pets are allowed on the AirVenture convention site.
