Parking and Traffic

What is parking like?

Parking will be across from the fairgrounds at Legion Field. Law Enforcement will direct traffic to cross the road. Limited Handicap parking spaces will be in front of the Amory Building

What will traffic be like?

Get there early!

Parking Directions

Guests will arrive at the fairground and look for law enforcement and parking attendants to direct you to parking across the street from the grounds. Law enforcement will direct traffic to cross the road to the entrance of the fairgrounds and the gate.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain-or-shine event.

Prohibited Items

Please review the list of items that are not allowed at the festival.

• All carry-in items and persons are subject to search.
• All unattended bags and items will be removed from the premises.
• No overnight RV parking is permitted (except for competitors).
• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Attending the festival barefoot is not recommended.
• No outside food, drinks, or coolers of any kind (except lifesaving medicine and baby formula).
• No e-cigarettes or vaping devices in the concert, dining, and competitor areas. There will be dedicated smoking areas.
• No laser pointers.
• No ladders or step stools.
• No Heelys.
• No UAVs or drones.
• No loose ice.
• No outside cans or glass containers.
• No pets.
• No weapons of any kind.
• No cooking equipment.
• No bicycles.
• No scooters (except for mobility devices used by guests with disabilities).
• No skateboards, rollerblades, or inline skates.
• No large umbrellas.
• No awnings or tents.

Diaper bags, baby food & formula, non-alcoholic beverages for infants & toddlers. Small collapsible chairs/blankets (for sitting on grass).

Food & Beverages

Event-purchased food & drink. Food from approved food vendors. Sealed water bottles (reusable bottle containers encouraged).

Misc & Comfort

Sunglasses, hats, sun protection, rain ponchos, weather-appropriate attire, camera, cell phones, fanny packs, small daypacks, strollers, and wheelchair access equipment.

Event shirts, crawfish shirts, fan gear, and comfortable footwear
