Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes. Buy an Early Bird Ticket with VIP seating by 11:59 pm on August 31st.
Q. Can I buy multiple tickets?
A. Yes you can, but do so as separate transactions; to avoid problems with the ticketing system, first select the paid ticket followed by the free ticket.
Q. How I get my free guest tickets?
A. Immediately after selecting your paid ticket option, go to "FREE GUEST TICKET" and select the number you need, up to four (4). This "FREE GUEST TICKET" selection must be made before paying.
Q. What if I don't have the names of my guests yet?
A. Simply enter numbers (1 thru 4) in place of the names. Later you can hand write the names on the FREE GUEST tickets.
Q. How and when do I get my paid ticket?
A. After paying, click on the link "Return to Life-Changing Concepts" for immediate printing of your ticket. You will also receive an email, so if you miss this step, don't worry. From the email, click on the link provided and you will be able to print your ticket.
Q. Can I get a discounted rate if I stay at the Hotel?
A. Yes you can, by reserving now; CLICK HERE. The discounted rate of $109 per night is ONLY available through THIS LINK. Reserve now as this rate ends August 28, 2013.
Q. What if I advance in rank after I register?
A. Simply, return to www.RisingStarsAppreciation.com, click "Contact The Event" tab and let us know of your promotion.
Q. What time do doors open?
A. 3:30 pm; those who paid for VIP seating will enter first. However, Registration and Meet & Greet starts at 3:00 pm.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Easy; proceed to the northern end of the hotel to the Ballroom Lot, then walk in through the Ballroom Entrance.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. This event is not for children. No provisions have been made for kids, so please make other arrangements for them.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Handicap access is available from the Lobby Entrance.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Everyone will be seated, theater style.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission means the non-discounted price of entry ($49), with no special seating privilege or early bird discount.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No. All sales are final.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Kangen Water is allowed and refills will be available. No food or other drink will be served. However the leaders will be going to dinner immediately after the event. You're invited!
