Q. What time do doors open?
A. 7:00 pm ...1 hour before concert time.
Q. What is parking like?
A. FREE Parking. Ample around the church
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Ages 3 and older
Q. Is the venue handicapped accessible?
A. Yes, you may call the venue at 251.928.8685 for any special needs. many handicapped spots available near the entrances.
Q. What is General Admission seating like?
A. Just Like Church! First Come - First Serve: Includes seating in both the balcony and main floor. Arrive early for the best seats. No saving seats please.
Q. What does PREMIER Ticket mean? (Premier Tickets are SOLD OUT!)
A. Premier ticket holders receive "Up Front" seating in the first several rows on main floor which are blocked exclusively for Premier ticket holders. Limited quantities available.
Q. Will there be an intermission?
A. Yes, 20 minutes.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Sorry, No refunds or Exchanges. All Sales are Final. In the unlikely event that the concert must be rescheduled, all purchased tickets will be gladly honored at the rescheduled date.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Cameras are allowed. No flash please during event. No video equipment. No outside food or drink allowed in sanctuary.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes, we offer a discount for groups of 10 or more.
