Q. What time do doors open?
A. 5:00PM for the VIP Meet & Greet Ticket holders and 6:00PM for General Admission Ticket holders.

Q. What is parking like?
A. Plenty of parking.

Q. Does my under 3 year old child need to buy a ticket?
A. No as long as they sit in your lap.  Any child that takes up a seat will need a ticket.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. We have ramps and both General Admission and VIP seating available to those with special needs. And any wheel chairs will be allowed to the front of the line before the doors open.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Seating for everyone.  Stand if you wish.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. It means we have a seat for you but that where it is depends on you and how early you arrive. Doors open at 6pm for GA Tickets.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Sorry, there are NO refunds or exchanges once you purchase a ticket. Feel free to give it away to a friend if you end up not being able to come.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. NO VIDEO, NO RECORDERS OF ANY KIND, that includes your smart phones.  Photography is allowed without flash.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. No, these tickets are already as low as we can possibly offer them.
