Q.  What time do the doors open?
A.  Early Entry can enter the venue at 5:30 PM and General Admission at 6 PM

Q. Are children free?  
A. Children 2 and under are free, everyone else needs a ticket

Q. Will there be handicap access?
A. All buildings have handicap access.  Please come to the venue and let someone at the doors know as soon as possible so that we can help you.

Q. What does general admission mean?
A. The best way to think of General Admission is just like church - it's first come first serve.  The up sides are that when your friend decides that they're going to go to the show after you've already purchased your tickets you can
still sit together!

Q.  What is your refund/exchange policy?
A.  All tickets are nonrefundable.  If you have a special circumstances please email: info@birchfalls.net

Q. How much is parking?
A. Parking at churches is free.  For arenas,please call the arena directly.

Q. What items are NOT allowed?
A. Video cameras are not allowed

Q. Are cameras/video cameras allowed?
A. Cameras are allowed, video cameras are not.

Q. Will tickets be available at the door?
A. If the show is not sold out, there will be General Admission tickets at the door.

Q. What do I get with the VIP tickets?  
A. A reserved seat in the VIP area, Exclusive Tour Poster, MOVE CD, and admission to the Question & Answer session with THIRD DAY before the show. VIP doors open at 5:00PM

Q. Do you have any group discounts?
A. Group discounts are available when purchasing 15 or more tickets at the same time.
