Tickets & Entry

Do I need a ticket to attend?

No ticket required. This event is free and open to everyone!

* If you purchased tickets prior to this becoming a free event. Your ticket order will be automatically refunded to your registered payment method. No further action is needed.

Event Schedule

What time do gates open and close?

We open the gates at 10:00 AM and close the party down at 4:00 PM.

Parking & Transportation

What will parking be like?

FREE onsite parking will be available to everyone. Parking is limited and first-come, first-served, so plan to arrive early.

Security & Prohibited Items

Will there be bag checks?

Yep. All bags are subject to search.

What can’t I bring?

• Drones (seriously, please don’t try)

• Tents, umbrellas, or your beach palace pod

• Coolers or outside food (unless it’s baby food or medical)

• Weapons (yes, even your cool-looking pocket knife)

• Alcohol (support local and buy it here instead)

• Pets (service animals welcome; sorry, emotional support iguanas are not)

Comfort & Safety

What should I bring?

Glad you asked! We suggest:

• A hat to block that lovely ball of fire in the sky

• Sunglasses (aviators = on theme)

• Comfortable shoes (you’ll get those steps in—5 miles, easy)

• Empty refillable water bottle (yes, you can bring one!)

• Sunscreen (because you will burn)

• Folding chair or blanket

• Ear protection, especially for tiny humans or sensitive ears

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside snacks or sips, unless it’s baby formula or a medical need. But don’t worry—we’ve got enough food trucks to satisfy a hangry squadron.

Is the event accessible?

Yes! Onsite parking is ADA accessible. Parking is limited and first-come, first-served, so plan to arrive early.

Lost something? Need help?

Head to the 2-story terminal building with the red flags on top, or flag down a volunteer (they’re clearly labeled and usually very nice). We’ve got Lost & Found and First Aid—hopefully not at the same time– in the terminal building.

Food & Drink

Is food available on-site?

You bet. From ice cream to BBQ to tacos to coffee, our vendors will keep you full and happy.

Do I need to bring cash?

Most vendors take card, tap, or digital pay. But in case cell reception acts up, having a little cash won’t hurt! There is no ATM onsite.

Weather & Cancellations

What if it rains?

This event will proceed rain or shine. Bring a poncho and a good attitude.

Follow us on social media and sign up for updates on our website. We post more than your aunt on vacation.

Look for our Info Booths or find a volunteer—they’re friendly, helpful, and possibly fueled by hot dogs.
