Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You may purchase General Admission tickets at Lifeway, phone 417-886-0911. Artist Circle and Group tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. Ticket outlets may or may not have a service charge.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. For the Friday concert: approximately at 6:00 pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00 pm. For Saturday, doors open at approximately 1:00 pm and event starts at 2:00 pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What time do KWFC MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. 5-10 minutes before general doors. MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. FRIDAY: You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive by 5:45pm and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
A. SATURDAY: You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive by 12:45pm and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
