Q. What is parking like?
A. First come, first serve free parking is
available in the St. John's parking lot on Whitaker St., between Harris and Charlton Streets.
Q. Where is Cranmer Hall?
A. Cranmer Hall is the educational building of St. John's Church. Cranmer Hall is located at 27 W. Charlton, at the corner of Whitaker and Charlton Street.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Handicap access is limited due to the steps to access historic homes and trolleys, but Cranmer Hall events are handicap accessible.
Q. What does general admission mean?
A. There is no general admission. Each event is priced separately.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds will be made. If for some reason you cannot attend, the purchase of your ticket may be considered as a donation.
Q. What items are not allowed?
A. No pets, food, or beverages are allowed in the museum homes or church sanctuary.
Q. At what time should I arrive for my appraisal?
A. It would be a good idea to arrive 15 minutes prior to your ticket time slot.
Q. How long are the tours?
A. Allow 30 minutes per tour.

A. Tickets should be purchased through this website, and then printed from a confirmation email that will be sent to you. Should there be a problem, or you are unable to order online, please call 912.238.3264, and someone will assist you.
Q. A group of six of my friends would like me to purchase their tickets for a celebrity valuation within the same time slot as my own, but the tickets page will only allow me to purchase four at the same time, for the same appraiser. What should I do?
A. You have two choices, if buying more than four tickets at one time. You may either 1) buy additional tickets within the same time slot for one of the other two appraisers - if the items being brought are within with their specialties and space is still available, or 2) Purchase tickets for the same appraiser, but in an adjacent time slot, such as 10:00 and 10:30.
