The Woman After God?s Own Heart conference, created by gospel music artist, Lynda Randle, is a two day, annual conference event for women of all ages, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds and upbringings. Through a combination of music, dance, motivational speakers, prayer, and humor, this conference has uplifted women around the country and internationally, and we are so very excited for what God is doing with this ministry.
God is calling this conference to be a conference for the churched and unchurched alike; the visibly flawed and broken. A place where women from all walks of life feel welcomed, embraced and loved by God and by each other. A place where they can not only find community together as women, but can also engage in their physical community and give back to the places in which they live, work and call home.
It is Lynda?s deepest desire to help set her city, and the communities of each woman represented there at the conference on fire for the Lord, and we know and believe that God is and will continue to fulfill that vision?one Woman After God?s Own Heart at a time.
Q. What time do doors open?
A. 5PM Friday & 8AM Saturday.
Q. What time does the event start?
A. 6PM on Friday and 9AM on Saturday
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking available. Attendants will direct parking/traffic.
Q. How much are tickets?
A. $49.99 until Oct 2, $59.99 after Oct 2.
Q. Are group rates available?
A. Yes. Groups of 10 or more will receive a special rate of $40 per ticket. Groups can only receive this rate by calling 816-792-5353.
Q. How can I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets can be purchased online by visiting lyndarandle.com and following the links. Tickets can also be purchased directly from www.attendstar.com and typing in ?Woman After Gods Own Heart? (no apostrophe in Gods) or by calling 816-792-5353 during the hours of 9AM and 4PM M-F.
Q. Will tickets be available for purchase at the door?
A. If the event is not sold out at the start of the conference, then yes, tickets will be available at the door for the $59.99 rate.
Q. Is lunch on Saturday included in the price of a ticket?
A. No, but there are several dining establishment within a 1-10 mile radius of the event.
Q. Is there an age restriction?
A. The event is recommended for girls 13+. No childcare provided.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Handicap access is available.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. All seating
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. It means that there are no seats assigned to a particular ticket and that you can sit wherever you decide.
Q. If I place an order via phone, will I receive a paper ticket in the mail?
A. No. This is a ticketless conference. All names will be placed on a registration list.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Yes
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Group rates are available by calling 816-792-5353. Groups of 10+ will receive a rate of $40 per ticket
Q. Can I purchase a ticket for one day only?
A. No, tickets are only available for the entire weekend.
Q. Are senior citizen rates available
A. No, there are no senior citizen rates available
Q. Are student rates available?
A. Yes. Student rates are available by phone only. Please call 816-792-5353.
Q. Is there tax on the ticket price?
A. No, but for online orders there is a convenience fee charged by the ticket site.
Q. Are there hotels nearby?
A. Yes. There are several hotels in the Overland Park, KS and Downtown Kansas City area.
