Q. What time do doors open?
A. 8 AM

Q. What is parking like?
A. Free Parking immediately outside the venue.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. ADA compliant public access, this is a brand new facility. Ask at the door if you need an escort or wheelchair seating. Contact the event at least 2 weeks in advance for any other special accommodation requests: (307) 996-7317


Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. All ticket holders are guaranteed a seat. Standing room is not allowed per fire code regulations. When the seating capacity is reached, ticket sales will end, so purchase your tickets early.


Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. If you pay for a ticket in advance of the conference you are guaranteed a seat, but there are no reserved or designated seats.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No food or drinks are allowed in SPA. No weapons on the college campus. Snacks and water will be served during the break and may be enjoyed in the lobby or on the adjacent outdoor patio. The college cafeteria is nearby and will be open. https://www.lccc.wy.edu/life/food.aspx
