Q. What time do doors open?
A. 5:30pm each night
Q. What is parking like?
A. Parking is free on the curbside on the streets around the host hotel and convention center during the weekend hours beginning at 5:00pm on Friday - Monday 6am.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Kids under 5 will not be required to register or purchase tickets.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. There is elevator's and handicap accessibility.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. All seating
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission mean only one person per paid ticket will be allowed to enter the gates and doors of the venue to attend the events.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds will be issued after August 10, 2017 on any ticket purchases.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No glass containers, no weapons of any kinds, no alcoholic beverages.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. There is a minimum of 10 per group to receive the 10% discount on any packages or tickets VOGMA offers.
