Event Description

Due to sudden and unexpected extreme physical illness, The Mark Lowry Concert for Friday, September 22nd has been POSTPONED and RESCHEDULED to Friday, November 3rd.

The Concert will remain at Crossway Baptist Church. All tickets and ticket types will be honored and remain valid for this new, re-scheduled concert date.

Mark is so very heartbroken and wants to express how very sorry he is to have to postpone. He feels so bad if this has disappointed anyone.

Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)

Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. Since this show is almost sold out, we are selling the remaining tickets online or over the phone at 1-855-223-1008.

Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket.  Childcare will not be provided at the event.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.

Q. How do I receive the tickets I purchased online/by phone?
A. The tickets are e-tickets and will be emailed to the email address you provide in your order. You can either print the tickets out or show them on your smartphone at the door.

Q. At the door, can I show the tickets on my smartphone instead of printing?
A. Yes. Besides printing, you can also show your tickets on your Android or iPhone. Each ticket has a unique bar code that we will scan at the door.

Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders.  The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

Q. May I gift the tickets to a relative, friend or neighbor?
A. Yes. The tickets can be gifted. Your name will be on the tickets because you placed the order, but you may give the tickets to whomever you choose.

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm. Door times may vary.

Q. What time do MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 6pm (show time at 7pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people.

Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking

Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door times of 5:00pm for VIP and 6:00pm for General Admission and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.

Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
