CityHope Concert House is pleased to announce an intimate evening of music with national recording artist SHAWN MCDONALD. Only 300 tickets will be available and only 30 VIP tickets will be sold. The VIP Experience will include early entrance into the venue, a free drink and snack from our concessions bar, a free CityHope Concert House shirt, plus 30 minutes with Shawn that will include a Q&A session, an acoustic song or two and autograph/selfie time!

Q. What time do doors open?
A. 6:00PM for VIP ticket holders and 6:30PM for general admission.

Q. What can I expect from the VIP ticket experience?
Event starts at 5:30 PM sharp. Arrive by 5:15 PM. We are offering a limited number of VIP ticket experiences for this event. At 5:30PM, you'll have 30 minutes with the headlining artist that will include a Q&A, an acoustic song or two and time for autographs and photos. You'll then have early entrance into the venue before general admission for the best seats in the house! You'll also get a CityHope t-shirt and a free drink and snack from our concessions bar.

Q. What is parking like?
A. Parking is FREE.

Q. Are there prices for children.
A. Each guest needs a ticket, regardless of age.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Building is handicap accessible.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Seats will be provided for all guests. Venue is general admission with no assigned seating. First come, first serve. To secure front row seating, purchase a VIP ticket which gets you early entrance into the venue.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed. All ticket sales are final.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. We have no restrictions at our venue.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Group discounts are not available for this event.
