Will Premium Parking Be provided again this year? 


Raptor Club and Spartan Club seating options are accompanied with a premium parking pass that will allow you to park as close to the flightline entry point as possible. Parking is first come, first served. Tickets are sold per day, one parking pass order. 

All premium seating customers will enter in through either the Richardson Gate or Boniface Gate. Please ensure your pass in on your dash. Once in the parking area, attendees will be directed to the designated premium parking area.


Do I have to walk to the club that I purchased tickets for? 

Please let us know if you have mobility issues and are not able to walk long distances. Both the Raptor Club and the Spartan Club is on the show line near the front of the Open House. This means a potential for long distance walking dependent on what gate you come through. By notifying us in advance we can assist with your mobility needs. If you are having any issues at any point, please stop an Ambassador and they will coordinate additional assistance for you.

Do I have to purchase tickets for children?  

Yes, all guests are required to have a ticket, with the exception of babies due to the limited seating available in each Club, to ensure proper procedures are followed for safety, and to accurate counts for any additional amenity that the Club is offering.

Is there reserved seating in the Spartan Club or Raptor Club? 

No, the Raptor Club nor Spartan Club will have assigned seating. Shaded viewing areas will be provided in both the Raptor Club and Spartan Club.


What does each ticket include?  

The Raptor Club includes: Includes private seating on the show line, both covered and uncovered. Breakfast, Lunch and a Snack and a Private Restroom Trailer. The Spartan Club includes: Includes private seating on the show line, both covered and uncovered and Private restrooms.


If something occurs, will I get a refund? 

All sales are final and no refunds and/or exchanges are authorized. Event is rain or shine. Acts are subject to change or cancellation.


What food options will be offered in the Raptor Club? 

The menu is currently in development to ensure you receive the best quality and selection available. As we get closer to the Open House, All Raptor Club guests will receive a copy of the menu. The following schedule has been outlined for when food will be served: Breakfast: 9 AM – 10:30 AM, Lunch: 11 AM – 1 PM, Afternoon Snack: 2:30 – 3:30 PM. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available all day.

Do I have to purchase tickets to attend the Arctic Thunder Open House?  

No. General Admission to Arctic Thunder Open House and parking is FREE. The Raptor Club and the Spartan Club provides you with the best seats to view the show, and guarantees additional amenities that is not open to all guests, which includes premium parking that gets you closer to the gate entrances.


Will there be handicapped parking available? 

Yes, even if you do not purchase a ticket for the premium seating, handicap parking will be available to all guests that need it. Please make sure your vehicle has proper identification and markings.


Is tailgating allowed? 

No. Tailgating is not allowed.


Do I need a military ID?  

No, this event is open to the public.


Will I be able to leave and return from the show? 

No. For safety and improve traffic flow, it is not possible for guests to leave and return.  


I don't have a printer to print my tickets. What should I do?  

Save a digital copy of your ticket on your phone or a device you tend to bring. Our scanners are equipped to scan your ticket digitally and printed. Premium Parking Passes must be printed and displayed on your vehicle's dashboard for entry.


Can I take a ride share to the event (Uber, Lyft, etc.)? 

We recommend carpooling with other attendees of the Open House instead of using Uber/lyft/etc. This is due to the traffic flow during the morning and afternoons. Motorhomes and RVs are not permitted.


Will there be food and drinks available for purchase? 

Yes! There will be a large variety of food and drinks available for purchase at the Open House. Additionally ATMs will be on site for vendors that request cash only.


Can I bring my own bottled water & folding chairs? 

Yes, you are able to bring your own bottled water and folding chairs. Access to free water is limited, however water and beverages are available for purchase. Please visit: https://jberlife.com/ATOH/ for a full list of approved and prohibited items.  


Are alcoholic beverages allowed?  

You cannot bring your own alcoholic beverages, however alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. As a reminder, you must be of legal age to consume and purchase alcohol.


Will there be restrooms and facilities at the show?

There will be port-a-potties located in various locations around the flightline. Both Raptor Club and Spartan Club guests will have designated restrooms in the Club area for their use.


What happens if it rains? 

Rain or shine, the Open House will still be held. Some flying demonstrations may be delayed; however unless the weather poses a serious threat to safety of visitors and participants, the show will proceed as scheduled with some modifications.


Will there be any shade? 

Both the Raptor Club and Spartan Club are provided shaded seating with the purchase of their tickets. For all other guests, there is shaded areas in both Hangar 2 and Hangar 3 available.


Will there be any medical services provided? 

First aid will be provided to address dehydration, treatment for minor cuts and bruises, and application of emergency medications (i.e. epi-pens). Medical personnel will stabilize patients and coordinate transportation to a higher level of care for all other injuries/illnesses.


Can I take pictures and videos, or livestream the event from my mobile device? 

There will be several aerial performances to small camera and/or video camera wouldn’t be a bad idea. While there is no restrictions on taking photos or videotaping the show, large camera bags are not permitted. Leave unnecessary camera accessories at home or put them in a small bag.


Are there upgraded seating tickets?  

Yes, upgraded seating is available with the Raptor Club and Spartan Club for a fee.


Do the food and souvenir vendors take cards?  

All vendors will have signage available stating if they take card and/or cash. ATMs are available on location for any purchases that require cash.


Will there be anything for young children to do there? 

Yes, there will be lots of kid friendly activities available, to include a designated kids zone and a STEAM section.


I have small children. Can I bring a stroller, diaper bag, and/or change of clothes? 

For those with babies and young children, strollers, small diaper bags with snacks and baby bottles, and over-the-ear protection are encouraged. Keep in mind all strollers and bags will be searched before entering the flight line gates.


Will it be necessary to have hearing protection?  

Due to the nature of the event, it is highly encouraged you bring hearing protection, especially for children. There will be a number of aircraft taking off, landing, and performing, which will be extremely loud.
