TICKETS
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Ages 3 and older need a ticket. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 21 and up at all times. Child care is not provided.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds, no exchanges, all sales are final.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. There are no discounts available for this event.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get your tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their spam/junk folders.
DOORS, PARKING, & SEATING
Q. What time do doors open?
A. Doors open for the Gala Program at 6:30PM, which is 1 hour before the start time of 7:30PM. If you purchased a Sponsor Package, the doors to the Sponsors-Only Reception will open at 5PM.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Parking is free. Handicapped parking is available.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. Gym Floor Seats are folding chairs with backs on them. Bleacher seats do not have back or arm rests, with the exception of the last/top row, row G, which is against the wall.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video. No video equipment allowed. There will be no autographs given during this event.
Q. Will there be child care provided?
A. No, there will not be any child care provided. Ages 3 and up need a ticket. Ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 21 and up at all times.
