This ticket includes: Pre-Show Q&A with Big Daddy Weave, souvenir laminate with lanyard, and first entry into the building for first-come, first-served seating. Please be aware that VIP ticket holders and JOY FM MMMP supporter doors will open before Early Entry ticket holders. Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. All tickets must be purchased online, or by calling Attendstar, phone 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Central Time. Additional $3 charge per phone call for Attendstar phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Two and under must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What is your refund policy? Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, The JOY FM (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know with your event ticket purchase, you are supporting the ministry of The JOY FM and the artists. If the event is canceled due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, any event ticket fee, and any tax.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Send tickets to your phone as a text by calling (615) 560-8338

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"
Q. Are tickets mailed to me?
A. In order to keep ticket prices low, the concert tickets are e-tickets, sent to the email address you provide in the order. If you do not have a printer, no worries! You can show your tickets on your phone and we will scan the ticket bar code at the door. For added convenience, you may text the tickets to your phone by calling the Attendstar automated phone line 615-560-8338. You may also forward your ticket email to a friend or family member and they can print the tickets for you.

Q. Will there be an early JOY FM MMMP entrance?
A. There will be an early JOY FM MMMP entrance at approx. 5:50pm, a few minutes before doors open for the general public. MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. MMMP's are monthly supporters of the station of $30 or more a month. More info: CLICK HERE.
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You may proceed by purchasing your ticket(s) of choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door time on your ticket, and check-in with our staff at the door for the tickets you have purchased. They will be able to assist you.
Q. I need a sign language interpreter. What should I do?
A. Requests for a sign language interpreter should be made as far in advance of the event as possible, but no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event, and are subject to availability of an interpreter. An interpreter will not be provided unless specifically requested.
Q. What is the seating like? What does General Admission mean?
A. All seats in venue are first-come, first-served seating (not a reserved seat, nor reserved section). No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No professional cameras or lenses. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
THIRD PARTY TICKET RESELLERS - Please Note:
The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy them directly through The JOY FM and Attendstar, or get them at the box office onsite day of show. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. The JOY FM’s ticketing software company, Attendstar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, Tickets-Center.com, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, The JOY FM cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website may look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given. Can someone transfer fake tickets? Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from The JOY FM. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly through The JOY FM at www.thejoyfm.com and then click on Box Office. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way. We want you to have a great experience at a JOY FM Concert. Please help us achieve that buy purchasing your tickets directly from The JOY FM at www.thejoyfm.com!

Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, any event ticket fee, and any tax.
Event Postponement
If the event is postponed due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will have the option to keep their ticket(s) for the new date or receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, any event ticket fee, and any tax. In the event a show is postponed, each buyer will be emailed information with the rescheduled date, and how to receive a refund if unable to attend the new date. If the event is postponed due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, you may email ticketing@rtnmedia.com with any questions, or to request a refund for the postponed show.
