Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)

Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. For this show, all tickets must be purchase online or by calling Attendstar, phone 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Central time. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.

Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Two and under must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Childcare will not be provided at the event.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, The JOY FM (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance.  You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know with your event ticket purchase, you are supporting the ministry of The JOY FM and artists.

Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Send tickets to your phone as a text by calling (615) 560-8338,
-OR- have your tickets emailed: http://attendstar.com/tickets.

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING

Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing your ticket(s). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door time on your ticket, look for ADA doors -OR- check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.  Please note: JOY FM MMMP doors will open before ADA doors.

Q. I need a sign language interpreter.  What should I do?
A. Requests for a sign language interpreter should be made as far in advance of the event as possible, but no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event, and are subject to availability of an interpreter. An interpreter will not be provided unless specifically requested.

Q. What is the seating like? What does General Admission mean?
A. First come, first serve seating. No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. Two and under must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.

THIRD PARTY TICKET RESELLERS - Please Note:

The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy them directly through The JOY FM and Attendstar, or get them at the box office onsite day of show. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. The JOY FM’s ticketing software company, Attendstar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, The JOY FM cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given. Can someone transfer fake tickets? Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from The JOY FM. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly through The JOY FM at www.thejoyfm.com and then click on Box Office. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way.  We want you to have a great experience at a JOY FM Concert. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By attending any event by Radio Training Network, Inc., you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however, caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Radio Training Network, Inc., The JOY FM, Celebration Church, Brooke Ligertwood, Jeff Roberts & Associates, the event promoters, sponsors, operators, contractors, agencies, advertisers, and/or vendors, and each of their affiliated companies, and any of the respective present and future parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, agents, insurers, representatives, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons relating to such risks.
