Q. What time do doors open?
A. 6:00 PM (5:15 PM for VIP Add-on Ticket Holders)

Q. What is parking like?
A. There is ample parking at the venue, primary on the north side of the venue.

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Yes, chieldren 5 and older require a ticket for admission.  Children under 5 require a ticket if occupying a seat.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. There is handicap/wheelchair access and seating on each side of the venue.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. All seating.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission is not reserved seating.  All General Admission seating is first come, first serve.  However, all General Admission is guaranteed a seat in the venue.  General Admission includes the back third of the floor seating and the balcony.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No.  All ticket sales are final.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Professional photography, video or recording devices/equipment is not allowed.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes, General Admission tickets are discounted for groups of 10 or more.
