Q. What time do doors open?
A. Doors open at 6pm.
Q: Are the Saturday and Sunday concerts the same?
A: Yes. We want every guest to have the same wonderful experience.
Q. What is parking like?
A. We have many easily-accessible parking lots on the Christ Church grounds; however please arrive with plenty of time to park and get your seats.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need a ticket?
A. Childcare will be provided for children 5 and under. Due to limited number of seats, we do need every child and adult to have a ticket (if a newborn or toddler will be sitting on your lap for the entire performance, they do not need a ticket).
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Handicap parking is located in the parking lot directly in front of the church offices (at the stoplight entrance). Seats with wheelchair access are located on the lower level of the sanctuary, but elevators are readily available throughout the church. A section for the hearing impaired is designated towards the front left of the sanctuary, and sign language interpretation will be offered at every service.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General Admission means that the seats are "first come, first serve." There is not a bad seat in the house, but make sure to arrive as close to 6pm as possible to have the first pick of seats.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Refunds and exchanges are available. If you have purchased with a credit card online, you must return or exchange on this site. For further questions, contact phil.nitz@christchurchnashville.org.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Unfortunately, no food or drink are allowed in the sanctuary besides bottled water.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We have tried to make the concert available to all at a minimum cost; therefore, we do not have any discounts.
Q: Why is there a fee associated with the tickets?
A: The $2 fee covers all credit card processing fees and the online ticketing format (which is equipped with several security features to make it safe and reliable).
