?Climb For Kevin? is a new documentary, chronicling former Alabama and NFL great, Kevin Turner?s struggle with ALS and what happens when a team of people choose to honor him by climbing the tallest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro. The story is told by none other than legendary, Hall of Fame Coach, Mike Ditka.
The Kevin Turner Foundation and Axios Productions are hosting screening events of the documentary, Climb For Kevin, around the nation. Kevin?s positive outlook and determination to be a light in the world, truly reaches around the globe in a ripple effect. It?s an inspirational story.
The events will feature food and beverages, silent auction of sports memorabilia, a live performance by local band and CFK soundtrack contributors, Mellish after the film and special guests including members of the climbing team, Executive Producers, CFK writer/director Jon Johnnidis and NFL alumni.
