            Limited to 150 tickets
* $12.50 per ticket
LIMITED TO ONLY 150 TICKETS.  Special Price Tickets - AKA Evangelism Tickets.  These tickets are intended to be restricted to Full-Time Students ONLY - 1st Grade through college agesOur hope is that these tickets will be purchased and given to students that normally do not attend church and/or know the Lord.

TICKETS QUESTIONS

Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll-free 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone.)

Q. Can I buy tickets locally?
A. Sorry, but all advance tickets must be purchased online. Day of Concert tickets may be available at the door and will cost an additional $5.00 more per ticket that day.

Q. Does my baby/toddler need a ticket – at what age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Two (2) year olds and under must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Childcare will NOT be provided at the event.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, WOW Radio will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives, or neighbors. Please know with your event ticket purchase, you are supporting the ministry of the performing artist and WOW Radio.

Q. I lost, can't find, or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your Email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is that the tickets ended up in their Email spam/junk folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

Q. Are there any discounts offered?
A. With General Admission tickets being only $25.00 plus taxes, credit card fees, and any other fees (Student tickets only $10.00 plus fees), there are no discounts available for this concert. A concert with three (3) artists for such a low ticket price is a great value.


DOORS, PARKING & SEATING QUESTIONS

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Doors open for VIP Ticket holders at approximately 5:30 PM. General Admission doors open at approximately 6:15 PM. The Concert’s scheduled start time is at 7:00 PM. Door times may vary. Please check your type of ticket for door times and instructions.

Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking and there is plenty around the church, including adequate handicap parking.

Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing your ticket(s). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door time on your ticket and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.

Q. I need a sign language interpreter. What should I do?
A. We regret, but an interpreter will not be provided for this concert.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Seating in pews.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. No reserve seating tickets. General Admission seating behind the VIP Ticket seating. First come, first to the seat. No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on the day of the concert, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No professional cameras or lenses. No video equipment. No outside food or drink is allowed.

Q. Will there be child care provided?
A. No child care will be provided at the event.


THIRD-PARTY TICKET RESELLERS NOTICE

PLEASE NOTE: The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy them directly through WOW Concerts, WOW Radio and Attendstar, or get them at the box office onsite the day of the concert. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. WOW Concert’s ticketing software company, Attendstar, does not work with any third-party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third-party website, WOW Concerts cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third-party website may look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given.

Can someone transfer fake tickets? Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from WOW Concerts. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly from either the Attendstar website or the WOW Radio website. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way.
