Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. All tickets must be purchased online, or by calling Attendstar, phone 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Central Time. Additional $3 charge per phone call for Attendstar phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Two and under must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, The JOY FM, HIS Radio (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know with your event ticket purchase, you are supporting the ministry of The JOY FM, HIS Radio and the artists.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!

Q. Will there be an early MMMP entrance?
A. There will be an early MMMP Supporter entrance at approx. 6:05pm, a few minutes before doors open for the general public. MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. MMMP's are monthly supporters of the station of $30 or more a month.
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You may proceed by purchasing your ticket(s) of choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door time on your ticket, and check-in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
Q. I need a sign language interpreter. What should I do?
A. Requests for a sign language interpreter should be made as far in advance of the event as possible, but no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event, and are subject to availability of an interpreter. An interpreter will not be provided unless specifically requested.
Q. What is the seating like? What does General Admission mean?
A. All seats in venue are first-come, first-served seating (not a reserved seat, nor reserved section). No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No professional cameras or lenses. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
THIRD PARTY TICKET RESELLERS - Please Note:
The
only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are
authentic, is to buy them directly through The JOY FM, HIS Radio, and Attendstar,
or get them at the box office onsite day of show. These tickets will
always be 100% authentic. The JOY FM and HIS Radio’s ticketing software company,
Attendstar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as
StubHub, Vivid Seats, Tickets-Center.com, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website,
The JOY FM and HIS Radio cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please
understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look
authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be
denied entry and no refund will be given. Can someone
transfer fake tickets? Reseller tickets are
not approved and can be fake, even if they look
like they came from The JOY FM and HIS Radio. The best way to protect yourself
is to purchase your tickets directly through The JOY FM at www.thejoyfm.com, or HIS Radio at hisradio.com
and then click on Box Office. You will never get a
fraudulent ticket this way. We want you
to have a great experience our concerts. Please help us achieve that
buy purchasing your tickets directly from The JOY FM or HIS Radio.
