Event Description

If your parking pass was misplaced or lost, you must pick up your parking pass at will call. Please know the name the tickets were purchased under or have your confirmation email to show the will-call attendants. Will-call is onsite at the Crossroads Air Show, past the Buck Creek Township Fire Station. Please stay in your car; parking attendants will approach your vehicle to assist you.

The Crossroads Air Show will bring a world-class aviation event to the Indianapolis area Oct. 28-29, 2023. This two-day, large-scale regional event will feature the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the finest precision military jet demonstration team. The feature performance will be supported by a lineup of top aviation performers. The event will be promoted regionally to a marketing area that includes approximately 7 million people.

The Crossroads Air Show will not only be a top-tier aviation event but it will also provide invaluable support to Crossroads of America and other prominent youth-serving organizations in the region, including the Riley Children’s Foundation and Catch the Stars Foundation.


*** PARKING PASSES PURCHASED AFTER 10/18 WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP AT WILL CALL ***

Option 1: Pick Up your parking pass at the Golden-Burke Scout Center (7125 Fall Creek Road N, Indianapolis, IN 46256) from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. from Monday, October 23 to Thursday, October 26.

Option 2: Day of Will Call – Will call will be located onsite at the Crossroads Air Show. All parking for the event will be directed off of Mt Comfort Road, will call will be located on the southside of Airport Blvd. just past the Buck Creek Fire Station. Attendants will be ready to distribute parking passes and direct attendees to their parking spots.

General Parking assures guests will have a space at the Air Show, and these spaces must be purchased in advance.

Due to limited parking spaces, you CANNOT park offsite, ride-share to the airport, walk to the airport or purchase parking the day of the event.

** AIR SHOW PARKING & ADMISSION MUST BE PURCHASED TOGETHER.

PLEASE NOTE: All vehicles parking at the show must obtain a paid parking pass online in advance. Because there is a limited capacity for parking and traffic ingress/egress, once all parking passes have been reserved, no additional admission tickets will be available. Parking passes will not be available for purchase at the gate. Those vehicles arriving without a parking pass will not be admitted. Parking passes will be physically mailed before the event.



What you need to know about the Crossroads Air Show

The Crossroads Air Show will feature a wide range of shows, including an appearance by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. The show will also include historic aircraft such as warbirds, heavy jets and supersonic fighters. The event is family friendly and will allow attendees to see airplanes up close. 

The Crossroads Air Show will be held at the Indianapolis Regional Airport, 3867 Aviation Way, Greenfield, Ind., 46140.

Crossroads of America is seeking individuals interested in volunteering to assist with the air show. By volunteering for the Crossroads Air Show, you aren’t just helping us put on Indy’s most exciting event in the sky but you’re also benefiting children across central Indiana.


 


Frequently Asked Questions

PARKING INFORMATION

Parking Passes are required to be purchased to park at the air show, in addition to admission tickets. Admission tickets do not include parking. Parking Passes do not include admission to the air show.

** Drop-offs are not permitted due to safety regulations. This includes ride sharing services. All vehicles require a parking pass. **

For fly-in Plane Parking, additional payment will be made through the Indianapolis Regional Airport.

Schedules will be available closer to the show date as performer line-ups are finalized. Please note, acts and line-ups are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.



CHILD TICKETS?

Kids 5 and under are free with adult purchase and do not require a ticket for general admission. For Box Seating and Flightline Club seating areas, kids 5 and under are free but for lap sitting only. If you would like your 5 & under child to have their own seat, a seat will need to be purchased. For Flightline Club Tables of 8, kids 5 and under are free but for lap sitting only. If you would like for your 5 & under child to have their own seat, they would need to be included in the group of 8 in order for them to have a chair.

WHERE DO PROCEEDS FROM THE CROSSROADS AIR SHOW GO?

Proceeds from the Crossroads Air Show go back to three youth serving organizations in central Indiana. The primary beneficiary is the Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America. Riley Children's Foundation and Catch the Stars Foundation are both secondary beneficiaries.
