Q: Tell me more about the VIP meet and greet
A: For the VIP meet and greet, you first need to have a ticket purchased (gold circle or general admission). VIP meet and greet is not a ticket. If you have purchased a meet and greet VIP experience, please arrive to the venue and hour before the event begins. Go to Will Call and tell them you are on the VIP list. They will find your name and give you your credentials and escort you to the VIP lounge. That is where you will meet Natalie and Charlotte.
During intermission, use your VIP credentials to get back to the VIP lounge where snacks and bottled water will be available for you.
Q: Are tickets available at the door?
If the event is not sold out---yes. Tickets will be available for purchase at the event. However shows are already selling out, so waiting is not encouraged.
Q. What time do doors open?
A. Doors open one hour before event begins. In all cities that time is 6pm, except for Coos Bay and Bellingham which will be 5pm.
Q. What is parking like?
A. There is not a fee for parking. Parking varies per event.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. This event is designed for women ages 14 and up. We discourage bringing young children. If you need to bring your 5 year old, we would ask that you purchase a ticket.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Each venue is handicap accessible.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. It is all seating.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General admission means that you are guaranteed a seat at the event. Seating is first come, first served as soon as doors open. The only reserved seats are Gold Circle Ticket seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. We do not refund the tickets. Since the tickets are so affordable, we encourage giving the ticket to someone as a gift.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. We discourage bringing food and drink into the auditoriums. Please refrain from bringing laser pointers and glow sticks.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. If you bring a group of 5 or more, tickets are $17.00 a piece.
Q: How do I volunteer for the event?
A: Please email your contact information and the event you would like to volunteer for to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be contacted by the local event promoter with more information.
