Thisis a LIVE concert. Gates open at approximately 4:00 pm. Tickets are sold by the car (up to six (6) people per car), so grabyour friends and family, load up and enjoy a night of LIVEmusic unlike any you’ve experienced before! All tickets are sold on a per CAR basis (a limit of six (6) PEOPLE per car), so grab your friends and family, load up the car and enjoy a night of LIVE music unlike any you’ve experienced before! Each person regardless of age is counted towards the maximum car capacity of six (6) people. Children will be included in car capacity.

Must be prepared to show ticket to be scanned upon entry through driver's side window.

WILL THE ARTISTS BE THERE OR IS THIS A SIMULCAST EVENT?
The artists will be performing LIVE and IN PERSON for you at this “Drive-In” concert!

WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

Yes.  Portable restrooms and hand washing stations will be available onsite.  Portables will be closer to the parking area.  Permanent restrooms will be available closer to the speedway's stands and away from the parking area.

WHERE AT FIVE FLAGS SPEEDWAY WILL THE CONCERT BE?
The concert will be held in the parking lot of the Five Flags Speedway.  The stage and videos screens will be set up in the west end of the parking lot with the parking rows set up to the east of the stage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
This is a rain or shine or even snow event.  However, fan safety is always our first priority, so in the event of inclement weather we will consult with local officials to make the safest decision for our fans.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?

Tickets are only available online at wowradio.org and attendstar.com ticketing. We do not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, WOW Concerts can NOT guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given.

HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
When you purchase your ticket online at wowradio.org and attendstar.com ticketing, your ticket can be printed directly from your web browser. From your order confirmation page, click on the green "Print Now" button. This will open your tickets up in a new web page. From this page, simply go to File > Print in your web browser's menu. Your tickets are also sent automatically to the Email address provided. The Email contains a link to your order confirmation page. T his way, you can print your tickets at a later time that is more convenient for you. For those who prefer to have their order as a PDF file, you can download your file to your computer via your order confirmation page.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Yes! The Drive-In Theater Tour was designed to accommodate families, kids are not only allowed they’re welcomed. Kids, regardless of age are counted towards the maximum car capacity of 6 people.

DO KIDS GET IN FREE?
No, each person regardless of age is counted towards the maximum car capacity of 6 people.

CAN I PURCHASE 2 TICKETS AND BRING MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE IN ONE VEHICLE?

Unfortunately, no. While you’re more than welcome to purchase multiple tickets, the limit of 6 people per vehicle is due to social distancing measures, and must be adhered to strictly to ensure fan safety. If you purchase multiple tickets and hope to park together you will need to make sure you enter the gates together as cars are parked in the order they enter.

ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?
No. But all tickets are assigned a row, base on the ticket level purchased. Tickets on rows closer to the stage cost more than those behind. Cars will be parked in order of arrival (first come, first parked) in the colored zone (rows) designated on the ticket your purchased.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There will be traffic directors guiding vehicles to entrance and also assisting with parking. Example:  If you purchased a ticket in a specific row, you will be directed to park in that row on a first come, first parked basis. All attendees must arrive in the same vehicle at the same time. There is not additional parking onsite for additional vehicles. No spaces can be reserved for groups.

WHAT KIND OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?
Personal vehicles that fit into a standard parking space are allowed. Oversize vehicles are NOT permitted, such as large Pickup Trucks, Customized Vans, 12 Passenger Vans, RVs, trailers, lifted trucks, etc. Please note, IF your personal vehicle modified above factory height and deemed to be too tall, and may block the view of others, you may be required to park in designated spots in the back and NO partial refund will be given. This decision is at the sole discretion of the organizer, and must be complied with. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Your vehicle must fit in one (1) standard parking space.

ARE MOTORCYCLES WELCOME?
Motorcycles are welcome but they are considered one (1) vehicle. Tickets are sold by the vehicle. Due to social distancing it is one (1) motorcycle per parking area also.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Gates will open at 4:00 pm.  The time that gates will open is printed on your ticket.  If you arrive early, please make sure to observe all traffic laws.  Do NOT block any roads, driveways, or businesses.  Please be courteous and respectful to the surrounding businesses and areas.

WHAT IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE... CAN WE STILL ATTEND THE CONCERT?
We encourage ticket holders to arrive before the start of the concert.  Due to the nature of the drive-in concert and out of respect for the Artist, the goal is to have all vehicles parked in their correct spaces by 5:45 pm.  Ticket holders arriving between 5:45 and up to 6:15 pm will be taken to overflow parking.  Ticket holders that have to park in overflow will be allowed to take lawn chairs and walk to an open space on their ticketed row.  After 6:15 pm all vehicles will be directed to overflow parking and ticket holders will have to stay with their vehicle so as not to disturb others ticket holders since the concert will already be started.

WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE GATE?
Due to the overwhelming response we expect all tickets to be sold in advance so get yours early. If tickets remain on the day of the concert they will be sold at wowradio.org, and at the gate by credit or debit card ONLY. No checks or cash will be accepted, and ticketing fees will still apply. Day of show tickets will be $10 higher price than advance.

CAN I LEAVE THE HATCHBACK OF MY SUV OPEN OR SIT IN THE BED OF MY PICKUP TRUCK?
You may open your hatchback to watch from the rear of your vehicle but when open it cannot impede the view of other guests behind you. You are able to back into a parking spot to watch from the rear of your vehicle or from the bed of a pickup truck.

CAN I LEAVE MY VEHICLE RUNNING DURING THE CONCERT?
If your vehicle needs to run during the concert it must not impose on other guests. This includes loud engines and mufflers, excess fumes or exhaust, etc. Please be aware and courteous of others around you so you do not impede their ability to view and enjoy the concert.

DO I HAVE TO STAY IN MY CAR DURING THE SHOW?
No! You will be allowed to watch the concert from outside the vehicle. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcomed. Please stay within your assigned parking area, and continue to maintain all social distancing requirements. Please use common courtesy as we want everyone to enjoy the concert.

CAN I BRING A LAWN CHAIR TO SIT IN?
Yes! Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. You will be required to stay inside your assigned parking area, and continue to maintain all social distancing requirements.

CAN WE COME AND GO FROM THE CONCERT?
Not during the concert. Once you arrive and are parked in your space, barring an emergency, exiting will not be allowed until the concert has ended. If you have an emergency, please notify an event official immediately. If the emergency warrants, please call 911 first.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed. At this event food and beverage must be exclusively purchased from the Food Trucks on site. Deliveries of food to the event are not allowed. Alcohol is not permitted. Come early and enjoy a wide selection of goodies.

IS TAILGATING ALLOWED?
While sitting on tailgates or in the bed of a truck is acceptable during the concert, traditional “tailgating” activities (yard games, grills, generators, etc.) will not be permitted.

WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Yes. Merchandise will be available at the concert.

HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE SHOW?
This will be a LIVE concert with professional sound equipment, just like a normal concert. You can stay in your car and roll down your windows to enjoy it. You can also listen to the show on your radio dial by tuning in to a local FM transmitter. If you listen from your vehicle's car stereo, please make sure you know how to turn off your daytime driving/head lights on your vehicle, so you do not disrupt the view of others. If you are unable to turn off your headlights, please bring something to cover them up during the concert. If you do not have a radio in your car, please bring one with you.

WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING EVENT?
If you have an emergency, please call 911 first, then notify the nearest event staff member.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED?
Yes. NO alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, etc. NO fireworks, laser pointers, drones, kerosene lamps or open flames, and yard games will be permitted. NO tents, tarps, flags, accessories or other structures will be allowed to be setup on parking lots or vehicles. Blocking the vision of fans behind you WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Selling, promoting, or advertising any third-party companies or products will not be permitted. DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR PERMITTED. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
No. To ensure the most enjoyable experience for all fans, smoking will not be permitted.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Service animals are permitted. No pets or animals will be allowed. This includes emotional support animals.

WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. If you are unable to rearrange your schedule, then you may gift your ticket to family or friends.

CAN I USE MY TICKET FROM A POSTPONED SHOW FOR THE DRIVE-IN THEATER TOUR?
No. Tickets are only valid for the event for which they were purchased. There is no way to transfer or exchange tickets from one concert to another.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed. At this event food and beverage must be exclusively purchased from the Food Trucks on site. Deliveries of food to the event are not allowed. Alcohol is not permitted. Come early and enjoy a wide selection of goodies.

IS TAILGATING ALLOWED?
While sitting on tailgates or in the bed of a truck is acceptable during the concert, traditional “tailgating” activities (yard games, grills, generators, etc.) will not be permitted.

WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Yes. Merchandise will be available at the concert.

HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE SHOW?
This will be a LIVE concert with professional sound equipment, just like a normal concert. You can stay in your car and roll down your windows to enjoy it. You can also listen to the show on your radio dial by tuning in to a local FM transmitter. If you listen from your vehicle's car stereo, please make sure you know how to turn off your daytime driving/head lights on your vehicle, so you do not disrupt the view of others. If you are unable to turn off your headlights, please bring something to cover them up during the concert. If you do not have a radio in your car, please bring one with you.

WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING EVENT?
If you have an emergency, please call 911 first, then notify the nearest event staff member.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED?
Yes. NO alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, etc. NO fireworks, laser pointers, drones, kerosene lamps or open flames, and yard games will be permitted. NO tents, tarps, flags, accessories or other structures will be allowed to be setup on parking lots or vehicles. Blocking the vision of fans behind you WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Selling, promoting, or advertising any third-party companies or products will not be permitted. DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR PERMITTED. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
No. To ensure the most enjoyable experience for all fans, smoking will not be permitted.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Service animals are permitted. No pets or animals will be allowed. This includes emotional support animals.

I PURCHASED A TICKET AND I LOST IT, OR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.  WHAT DO I DO?
Go to https://www.attendstar.com/tickets/ and enter your Email address used in the ticket purchase. Or you may call 1-855-223-1008 during business hours:  Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm for assistance with purchased tickets.

WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. If you are unable to rearrange your schedule, then you may gift your ticket to family or friends.

CAN I USE MY TICKET FROM A POSTPONED SHOW FOR THE DRIVE-IN THEATER TOUR?
No. Tickets are only valid for the event for which they were purchased. There is no way to transfer or exchange tickets from one concert to another.
