WHY ARE YOU USING ATTENDSTAR? 

We have made the commitment to provide our customers with a simple, convenient and quick purchasing experience. With AttendStar, purchases can be made online at anytime day or night. AttendStar also helps us by expediting the order processing, allowing customers same day "in home" printing of the ticket. You can contact customer service Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 PM at 615-223-1008.

HOW MUCH AM I PAYING FOR TAXES? 

The State of New Jersey requires Regal Promotions, LLC to collect 7% of the ticket

HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETING CONVENIENCE FEES? 

 AttendStar ticketing fees are kept very low - at $2.95 per ticket - well below industry standards.                                     

WHY ARE YOU CHARGING US FEES? 

Our ticketing service provider, AttendStar, is charging the fees - Regal Promotions, LLC does not keep any of that money.  Their fees allow us to provide you with the most modern and convenience ticketing options possible.  The convenience fees cover overhead such as credit card expenses, internet service expenses, ticketing system expenses, staffing, etc.

DO I NEED A TICKET FOR MY CHILD? 

Children under the age of 2 are free and do not need a ticket.  Children ages 3 and above must have a reserved seat and need to purchase a ticket.

HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS? 

All concert tickets will be automatically emailed to the email provided by the purchasers at the time of purchase.  Tickets will automatically be a "print at home" scannable ticket, eliminating the need for a Will Call process.

WHAT TIME DOES THE BOX OFFICE OPEN ON CONCERT DAY? 

The Box Office will be open from 12:00pm noon.

WHERE DO I PARK? IS THERE HANDICAPPED PARKING? 

There is plenty of parking available at the multi-level Municipal Parking Deck conveniently located right behind the Theatre between Jefferson Ave. & Dickinson St.  Handicapped parking spaces are available.  For more parking info visit: http://www.elizabethparking.org/pub/iamap/default

WHAT TIME DOES THE FUN BEGIN? 

Doors open for VIP ticket holders at 5:00p.m.  Doors open for all ticket holders at 5:30p.m.  The concert begins at 7:00p.m.  On occasion, doors are held at the Artist's request.

WHAT ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY? 

The Ritz Theatre and Performing Arts Center is wheelchair accessible. 

WHAT IF THE WEATHER DOESN'T COOPERATE? 

The venue is indoors, the concert will be held RAIN OR SHINE.

WHAT IF THE CONCERT SELLS OUT?  WHERE CAN I FIND THIS INFORMATION? 

Purchase your tickets early to assure this doesn't happen to you!  Concert sellouts will be listed at www.AttendStar.com or by visiting our website at: www.regal-promotions.com.

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT CONCERTS?

Yes! Food,soft drinks and bottled water will be sold at the Vendor Village. Eating and drinking is strictly prohibited in the theater.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

No outside food or soft drinks are permitted.

IS THERE AN ATM MACHINE AVAILABLE?

There is no ATM inside the concert area.

CAN I BRING IN DRINKS OR SNACKS FOR MY MEDICAL CONDITION?

Please e-mail us at info@regal-promotions.com if you have a medical condition
you may want to discuss with us prior to arriving on the day of the concert.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

There is no smoking allowed.

MAY I BRING A CAMERA?

Most Artist contracts prohibit the use of flash cameras, professional cameras,
and tape recording or video recording devices and therefore they are not
permitted in the concert theater. Digital cameras (non-flashing) can cell
phones are permitted.

MAY I BRING MY PET?

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are permitted with proper
identification.

WHY ARE MY BAGS SEARCHED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE GROUNDS?

For your safety and for the safety of others, a security check will be
performed at the entry into the theater. All bags and carry-in items will be
checked. Please review the lists below to understand what is allowed and what
is prohibited.

ALLOWED ITEMS:
-Umbrellas (personal size only)
-Purses, small bags

PROHIBITED ITEMS

-Alcoholic beverages
-Food
-Smoking
-Cans, bottles, filled personal water bottles and thermoses
-Glass containers of any kind
-Large umbrellas
-Pets (with the exception of service animals)
-Cameras (see camera policy above)
-Weapons, including knives
-Laser pointers
-Controlled or illegal substances
-Signs, posters and banners

WILL I BE ABLE TO STAND AND DANCE DURING THE PERFORMANCE?

We ask that you be courteous to those around you and respectful of the Artist's
performance.

WILL CD'S, T-SHIRTS AND OTHER ARTIST MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE?Artist merchandise is provided by the tour; some artists do not carry merchandise with them. If available, merchandise will be located at the Vendor Village during
and after the concert.

WILL THE PERFORMER BE SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS?

VIP ticket holders are authorized to attend a private meet & greet.

IT WAS RAINING/I GOT LOST AND I MISSED THE SHOW AND I WANT A REFUND! ATTENDSTAR TOLD ME THEY DON'T PROCESS THE REFUNDS. WILL YOU?

Thank you for taking the time to contact both us and AttendStar. Although we do
understand your frustration in not being able to attend the show, the show did
take place and we cannot issue a refund for this event. This refund policy is
agreed to in the AttendStar terms and conditions when the purchase is made by
the customer.

We continue to strive in providing the best eservice possible, as
it is our goal to retain you as a customer in the future.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ATTENDING THE CONCERT?-The area immediately surrounding the stage must be kept clear at all times.
-Audience members are not allowed to go onstage or to sit on the sound wings.
-Unauthorized sales, solicitation of attendees and distribution of materials
are prohibited.
-Be aware of your personal items at all times. Regal Promotions, LLC does not
assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
-Please help us keep the Ritz Theatre and Perfoming Artist Center clean and
green by minimizing your waste, cleaning up after yourself and using trash
receptacles.
