Q. What time do doors open?
A.  8 P.M. The event will start between 9 and 9:30 PM

Q. What is parking like?
A.  Good.

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. No. Children above 12 y. have to pay for admission. Although it is not recommend to take small children to the event, they are welcomed as long as they are in care of an adult at all times.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Available

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Seating and standing.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Only personal items allowed. No weapon. No alcohol, water/soft drinks (or any kind of drinks); no professional cameras. You can leave these items at the entrance and pick up after the event.
Disclaimer: Drinking on parking lot or outside of premisses is not allowed.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. No

Q: Can we take a picture with the bend or singer?
A: As long as members of bend or singer allows it - you can. We will try to organize the time for taking pictures with the bend and singer after the event. During the concert no one is allowed to enter the room where the bend, singer and organizing team remains before/after the event or during the break.

Q: Why are we not permitted to go on stage?
A: No one from audience is permitted to go on stage. This rule doesn't only apply only for our concerts, it applies for any other event or concert all over the world. No one, except for bend, singer and the event team at the concert is allowed to go on stage at any times.

Please keep children away from the stage and keep them away from big crowd, as it might be dangerous for your child to be near the stage.

Q: Can we take pictures of the bend performing?
A: Yes, small cameras and phones are permitted. Therefore, you are allowed to take pictures of the bend and singer, as long as they don't complain. Performers have a hard time connecting with audience if they have to concentrate how to escape camera lights or flash directed at them. As long as you don't have professional camera, you are allowed to take pictures.
