Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm CST. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at Fairview Baptist Church, phone 864-877-6573. The church is only selling general admission tickets. All other ticket levels including group tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Ages 3 and up need a ticket. However, this event is for girls approximately ages 8-12 and their moms/mentor. We do not recommend young children under the age of 6 to attend this event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. Approximately at 5:30pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 6:30pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What time do HIS Radio MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:20pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 5:30pm (show time at 6:30pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

A. Free parking
Q. Is there handicap access?
A. Yes, you may call the venue at 864-877-6573 for details.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.

A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
